(un)Settled

I've been working at the edge of the forest for a long time, keeping watch for forest fires. It is very quiet here, which leads to vivid dreams. We've all been having dreams lately, but for me they are not as disturbing as what comes during my waking hours.

I am seeing them again, at the edge of the forest. They usually remain deep within, unseen and unknown to most. But they are active again. The fact that they have been stirred after so long does not bode well for any of us.
